		<description>I&#039;m  a  tryitrd  trlrphone  repairman &amp;  I  have  worked  a  lot  of  stroms  &amp;  can  gtell  youu  that  building   an  above  ground  safe  room  can  be  as  safe  as  one  underground---- sometimes  more  safer  because  in  low  wetland  water  inflow  is  restricted.Building  a  safe  room  out  of  concrete  blocks  with  rebar in the  an pour  wet  concrete  into  the  blocks.Place  steel  supports  on top  before  adding  you  lasty  row  of  blocks,  cove  the  steel  supports  with  tin,fiber glass or  3/4&quot; treated  plywood,  lay  concrete  wire  on  that  &amp;  pour  in the wet  concrete.Make  you  entrance  36&quot;,the  room  is  nice  at  7&#039; high  inside,keep  a  couple  good  flashlights, &amp;  easy  acess to  a  deep freeze or  frig,&amp;  small generator,keep  about  30-40  gallons  on hand that  you  can  but  at  walmart</description>

		<description>Thank you!  Bryan and his helper faced a few challenges getting the Storm Shelter installed where I wanted it.  My yard is very sandy and was very dry at the time; the heavy load turned it into powder worse than mud.  However, Bryan did not give up and he managed to get the job done and install the shelter exactly wher I had marked - right to the inch!  Afterwards, he took the time to smooth over the yard.  Excellant work, quality product, and exceptional people.  I highly recommend Area Septic for your storm shelter.</description>
