- Vertically reinforced 3/16 steel powder coated door with triple latches
- Door tested at Texas Tech University
- Inside dimensions 5′ x 7′ x 6’2″
- Outside dimensions 5’9″ x 7’9″
- Ceiling is 5 ½” thick
- Bottom is 5″ thick
- Side walls are 5″
- ½” rebar on 12″ centers
- 6000 PSI reinforced pre-cast concrete
- Handicap accessible
- Meets or exceeds FEMA Standards for inside saferoom and outside above ground storm shelters
Anchored down with four 3? metal anchors and four galvanized metal straps.
Must have level place to install
